THE OIL BUILDING

The first thing to say about oil conflicts in Warri is that I, MKD MISSIONS recommend the building of A WARRI OIL CONFLICTS RESOLUTION BUILDING.
WARRI FEDERAL SHOULD BUILD AN ISOLATED UP TO 7 STORY BUILDING STRUCTURE FOR OIL RELATED ISSUES IN THE FEDERAL.

Offices in this building will be only relevant to the different oil topic crises in the Warri Federal. WARRI CAN'T DEAL WITH THE OIL CRISIS AS THOUGH IT IS JUST ANOTHER TOPIC WITHIN THE FEDERAL. YOU CAN'T USE SOME SMALL FEDERAL OFFICES AT THE FEDERAL AREA TO HANDLE THE SITUATION of OIL.
Nigeria as a country feel that because of being outspoken, everything is easy to handle.
Now almost every pressing topic that rises up in the Warri region is connected to oil.
EVERY STAKEHOLDER OF WARRI OIL SHALL BE REPRESENTED IN THE BUILDING

FEDERAL OIL CONFLICTS RESOLUTION BUILDING. A STEP IN CREATING A SERENE, HEALTHY WAR FREE ENVIRONMENT

1.Environmental pollution complaints office
2.Different offices for different types of environmental pollution
3. Existing oil companies complaints office. Complains from oil companies.
4. Community offices to sensitize the communities on general social-oil related topics
5. Community development from direct oil monies centre. The centre here gives information of projects undergone, the current situation of projects, everything having to do with projects.
6. Polls for deciding on community projects office. (Polls from interacting with the community specifically on projects)
7. Federal Legal Office for oil. A legal office doesn't mean a court.
8. Different offices for the Ethnic representatives with reference to the above.
9. Inspection and Supervisory office
10. Death and emergency disaster office

THE REALITY ON GROUND AND SURMOUNTING PROBLEMS AND APPRECIATING PAINFUL EFFORTS

Now, the Federal leaders determine projects for their federal. They receive different funds from Government and the State to handle these projects. If there was no oil in Warri, life will go on, federal will exist to better the City.
The existence of the luxurious commodity oil and its accompanying problems has strongly added up to the already existing problems within the federal. Remember all the other States in Nigeria with no sensible commodity have problems.
A city of oil will definitely have so much mandate on them to see much.
Any Federal leader should understand that a global commodity of oil on their land will definitely need to be properly integrated into the city's modus of dissemination of development. You can't underestimate the oil resource with regards to considering other places without the resource. Any resource in any State that is taken serious to harness like the oil of Warri should be taken serious by the Government and the federal government to handle it's accompanying problem entities. Eg, You consider royalties(royalties means percentage monies for National utilization) and associated environmental, etc problems if the resource is taken serious. If the resource is not taken serious, it means the resource isn't being harnessed to levels of income seriousness.

Now in Warri City, the notion of the everyday conventional person is, they expect city development projects from monies from the oil of Warri plus monies for general national development projects from government. Now, how is the budget done for the country?
Do you think like something I have been thinking about? I don't really know the very direct percentage monies from Oil that goes to Warri communities. Continue reading. We can think of government considering all natural resources across board the country and striking the average to begin allocating funds for national development everywhere.
To help,budget will have to be directly proportional to at least the kind of problems the commodity is causing in the place. That is if you cannot give extra monies aside what is given for development.

What is the reason for the average striked monies for development and not that what you have as total monies from resources is all given to you? If there is an emergency in any State in Nigeria like outbreak of a disease, where will emergency monies come from to handle the situation? It will come from the country's coffers. What is the country's coffers? Summation of Warris oil money taxes, national taxes, every other commodity taxes.
Now there is no emergency.

I THINK THERE IS VERY DIRECT AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT GOES TO DEVELOPMENT IN WARRI FROM WARRI OIL EXPLOITATION ACTIVITIES. What is the very direct percentage oil money for Warri for community development? What will National through Federal do to increase sustainability in the region of such a commodity?
At least a peaceful environment at Warri should be at the heart of the government. Creating a serene environment for everyone in Warri to live in. How do you do that? If very direct monies of oil to Warri are not enough, a peaceful environment should be created. I suggested 1. The oil building and still thinking.

Now let's talk about concerns by people that individuals are making huge monies at the expense of the ordinary person in the region. Is this an unfounded theory or is it a reality? How do you think some people will make monies and others are poor?
The first person to make money in the region is the oil company. They come to exploit for reasons of generating income.
If you have a commodity in your land, You have to be strategic to make income otherwise after you sign all legals, later realizing you played the fool not generating income, you can't go to war.
Oil companies and every other commodity companies are in every country. Warri is not the first of a kind to have any commodity.
If government is going to take percentage monies called "royalties" from oil companies and other commodities across the country, strike an average of the income generated and distribute the monies across board the country for development. This way gets development for every city whether they have a commodity or not especially In times of emergencies,etc.

What will be the strategic plan for you as an ethnic owners of lands to generate income for your area or place? If I was the one selling land, I will strike a deal and sign with the oil company that if they are able to hit oil reserves of wealth, they should pay to me the seller huge monies as extra extra price of the land. So I collect an extra huge money for community development as a seller. This will be different from government revenue from the oil company. Me I mean an ethnic group or federal.
What will you do If I say I don't want to sell the land but give it out for something that is not natural resources related then Later i think of something? The resource land belongs to those who sell the land to you. If they sell the land to you, you get all the papers straight, they can't do nothing. Now, you the seller remember that the nations are already dealing in commodities. You as a seller can be the first role model to strategise to maximize your profits.
IF YOU DON'T STRATEGISE TO COLLECT SOMETHING MEANINGFUL FOR THE LAND YOU SOLD, WHEN THE OIL COMPANY HIT THE OIL, THEY DON'T OWE YOU NOTHING. THE OIL COMPANY CAN BEGIN TO IF YOU STEAL OIL TAXES, YOU SHALL BE ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED.
Now remember that the nations are already dealing in commodities. You as a seller can be the first role model to strategiSe to maximize your profits.

Before the auditions, a raffle can be organized to select candidates for loans. All submitted names for loans can be placed in a raffle box. Names shall be chosen randomly from the raffle box to select them for audition. The winners are not eligible for the next raffle for loans

To have polls to select community projects, 
The Kingdoms and Federal executives can first decide on their projects of community development. Afterwards hold durbars at the stadium where the community people can attend to bring their suggestions on the table. They can compare suggestions and then choose very substantial and needful projects right together with the community people
