THE AFRICAN KING

If the British Government didn’t come to West Africa to establish a colony, European companies that  arrived to work naturally as researchers or tourist, etc. will fight. They will see themselves as an Ethnic group. The Ethnic groups were travellers or escapees of wars or armed, strong settlers. If companies are confronted and attacked by the Ethnic groups, they will kill them with their weapons to make sure they aren’t killed by the ethnic groups. The companies came in for reasons of research work, tourist,etc. Government institutions also coming in at the time for similar or other reasons. If you also as an individual don’t want to be in your country then, you can escape to anywhere human beings don’t live. No need for passport. This was the order of the day then. Every place in West Africa bushy and forest.

If you land in West Africa or anywhere such, you have to make sure you are around places human beings don’t stay. You protect that place as your personal property. In case after staying there for a while, you see new faces that confront you, what do you do? The place belongs to nobody so you have to either runaway or fight them. The ethnic group or people close by will be extinct if you are powerful and strong if they come to attack you. This is what happened in USA when European companies arrived there to work and almost all American ethnic groups disappeared. The British crown colony in USA saved the very very few ethnic groups left.

There will have been no black community around the West African Coast if the British Government didn’t come in when European companies with ships began coming in. The companies have equal rights to stay anywhere there aren’t any legal claims to land properties, true or false? Let’s study on fundamental rights of primitive people living in any locality where there isn’t legal claim to land ownership. There is to an extent legal claim of land by primitive people who are first settlers. The order of the day was conquest. The chief cHow large a land can these primitive people claim as their personal property. Hello company, which country are you coming from?, are you seeking greener pastures in a new land? You have a guardian country that raised you up before you intended to seeking greener pastures in a foreign place where there aren’t legal claims to land properties. You belong to a nation who  ?

I’m supposed by the order to move to stay in Nigeria representing Obbu for Nigeria. The Ghana map on my hand shall tell Nigeria that Nigeria is Obbu’s work and also tell Nigeria that Obbu worked for Ghana as well.

I believe in the allocation of some percentage of lands by Government to Kingdoms as their share of the national quota. Not every land in a country, region or province belongs to a kingdom with king.
A stool land is a land that belongs to a kingdom with King.
 It is true that it's illegal for anyone living in a jurisdiction where the constitution is active to demand by his own authority that some piece of land in that jurisdiction is his or her rightful property without legalization from government. 
Kings and kingdoms in Ghana, Nigeria existed before the constitution at independence in 1957, 1960. A Kingdom I mean is a group of people with a common language and a King. A group of settlers in a locality that allocated lands to their member people when there was no constitution or Gold coast (Ghana) or Nigeria for animal and plant farms, stay, etc. At independence 1957, 1960, these ethnic groups were all alive and kicking. Eg. The Ashanti, Akuapem, Fante, Ga, were around in particular localities in Ghana. They had been around at their location for at least 3 centuries, 1600-1900. Because of fights, there was the fear of extinction. Immediately at the arrival of the British in Ghana which is another nation with a king, they helped prevent extinction by organizing society and bringing more civilization through a Government.My tribe Itse-Kiri has been in Warri since 1482. At independence, when a nation was built to be handled by a President under a constitution, the ethnic groups still lived at their locations. The Ashantis in Kumasi, Ga's in Accra, Fantes in Cape Coast to Takoradi, etc. What will you do as a thinker of harmony and wisdom planning the constitution? NOT ALL LANDS IN GHANA OR NIGERIA BELONGS TO KINGS AND THEIR KINGDOMS. Lands were allocated to the ethnic groups that lived in the provinces before a nation and constitution was established. If you are a new ethnic group coming in from anywhere after the nation was formed you need authorisation if it is available  from the government. IT IS WRITTEN IN THE CONSTITUTION THAT ANY ETHNIC GROUP THAT EXISTED BEFORE INDEPENDENCE SHOULD BE GRANTED WHAT IS CALLED STOOL LANDS BASED ON COMMON SENSE. You can purchase Government lands in Ghana or Nigeria. Stool lands belongs to the ethnic groups headed by kings to continue their animal and plant farms, projects, homes at the time of independence. They have never been illegal living their lives before 1900 to surrender lands because there was never a Government and constitution before 1900 in Ghana or Nigeria. As a thinking human being you are to budget them in the constitution. OR ELSE GO TO ANOTHER PLACE WHERE NO HUMAN BEING IS TO START YOUR GOVERNMENT. They have been budgeted into the constitution by the British Government and the Ghana or Nigeria Government at the time of independence.
 PEOPLE KEEP FIGHTING IN THE CAPITAL OR CITIES FOR LANDS AND QUIETLY GO TO THEIR VILLAGES TO LEGALLY COLLECT AND PURCHASE STOOL LANDS.
You are illegal to attack kingdoms because of stool lands. Actually kingdoms were very vibrant than Ghana back then before 1900 to just quickly override them. The British with a king didn't come to defeat the ethnic groups in Ghana and Nigera to start a Government. They came in and realized they needed to bring Harmony and civilization among them. ETHNIC GROUPS CAN'T FIGHT AMONG THEMSELVES BECAUSE OF A GOVERNMENT AND A WORLD SYSTEM OF UNITED NATIONS AND AFRICAN UNIONS. YOU CAN'T DISSOLVE A KINGDOM. IF THERE IS NO KINGDOM, THE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK A PARTICULAR LANGUAGE SHALL FORM AN AMBIGUOUS INFORMAL SOCIETY AND THAT IS WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE USA. PEOPLE WHO SPEAK SIMILAR LANGUAGES IN USA SEE THEMSELVES AS BROTHERS. ASIAN AND EUROPE COUNTRIES OF DIFFERENT TRIBES WITH COMMON LANGUAGE LIVE IN THE USA. ONE COUNTRY IN EUROPE OR ASIA HAS MORE THAN ONE ETHNIC GROUP AND THEIR PEOPLE HAVE MOVED TO THE USA AND COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER FORMING NATURAL LINGUAL FRIENDSHIP. BACK TO BATAN YOU CAN'T DISSOLVE A LANGUAGE. YOU CAN LEARN TO SPEAK A LANGUAGE. 

Government, parliament, federal create budget for a country not a king. Kings today don't create budget. What is budget? Budget is what the country wants to do with the country's money in a city or a place. Like the country's federal building monuments, giving subsidies, and undergoing developmental projects in the city. THIS SIMPLE WORD PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND. WHEN YOU EXPLAIN THINGS SIMPLY, THEY SAY YOU AREN'T INTELLIGENT.

People in a particular city of common language shall decide to change their decision to vote for someone for reasons of incompetency. A new one comes in and is also incompetent and is also needed to be voted out. Incompetent means that town development isn’t progressing the way they want it to be. Now think of a king persuading federals or constituency executives to make sure there is development in the city of the king. Everyone leaves an “I don’t care attitude” but a king who knows the history of where they are coming from and what they want to achieve should be different. YOU DON’T HAVE TO MOVE THE CAPITAL TO THAT CITY TO SEE DEVELOPMENT IN THAT CITY. THE KING OF A KINGDOM WITH A LANGUAGE CAN BRING SO MUCH DEVT. THATS WHY EUROPE HAS MANY SMALL CITIES CALLED COUNTRIES AND ARE HEAVILY DEVELOPED. THEY TOGETHER MAKE UP A WELL DEVELOPED EUROPE THAT LOVE EACH OTHER and the whole world. RUSSIA IS PART OF EUROPE. In Africa there’s been less development because of corruption. People who don’t have passion for nothing. In US America, work rules are strict to comply and you get paid. People work all around the clock with strict laws that results in national development. A country is one people. BUT I’m talking about encouragement that produces passion for total national development. A race not to fight another ethnic society but to make sure your city is in the lead of national development. Your city of geoologist engineers and every engineer, lawyer, businesspeople, etc you have with a common language will exploit what you have and build your city with zeal. If you have a city in your country where people are zealous to work like in USA(no ethnic) to see city progress, fine. In Africa, kingdoms are treasured and so right now, I’m talking about how you can define the roles of kingdoms in their city development leading to a corresponding national development. NOT THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE PLACE IN THE COUNTRY CALLED CAPITAL CITY THATS DEVELOPED. WE CAN HAVE THE WHOLE COUNTRY DEVELOPED AT ONCE IF YOU HAVE AN EDUCATED KINDOM WITH A KING HELPING WITH HUMAN RIGHTS AND BEHAVING AS BBC TIGER EYE, PERSUADING INCOMPETENT FEDERAL AUTHORITIES TO MAKE SURE THEIR CITY’S PART OF THE NATIONAL QUOTA IS GIVEN THEM. THE CITY IS FOR THEM AND THEIR CHILDREN AND EVERYONE THAT WANT TO BE WITH THEM THEY SAY. THEY WILL MAKE SURE ANYHOW WHO COMES INTO THE CITYAND THEIR CHILDREN ARE HARDWORKING LIKE IN THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA TO PROSPER THEIR CITY. ONCE EVERY KINGDOM IN A COUNTRY PROSPERS, THE WHOLE NATION PROSPERS. Not only the capital shall prosper. That slogan “this place is ours let’s move it forward” is in their hearts for national development.
You don’t get paid from January to December as a king. You might live on donations like a church. If you can make sure there is city development like in your capital, you have made it.

The African King

1. Jesus tells us to change lives starting from our hometowns to the entirety of the earth
2. A kingdom doesn’t create Nation or federal budget. The king and the people can suggest to federals what they want done in their kingdom. A federal authority will win the election in that kingdom if he heeds to what that kingdom wants
3. It doesn’t matter where you find yourself. You can boldy say you come from a place that you are proud of when you remember the kingdom you are from. You remember the Language and know that you aren’t an isolated island.
   A kingdom with a language is where you come from.
   Jesus says you are his family if you listen to his words. It is 100% possible to get disciples from your kingdom. Jesus had his disciples from his hometown
4. Kings are the entertainment powerhouse of the kingdom. They stand boldly to give their people with common language a pragmatic sense of belonging with program line up that runs throughout the year. When they look back at these programs, their togetherness dating from the past is ignited. Festivals celebrating their food, dress, dance, walk, socialization and overall culture bring them together. We worship Jesus. Communal labour, sports, etc brings them together. Without a king, there is no organiser of people with common language
5. An educated king will be a very best person to mobilize resources for safety in a kingdom. Policemen working in a country are limited in number. In a kingdom with a king, a king can recruit people to help the police for free. Many instances, when people need the police in a situation they aren’t around or it takes a long time for one to show up. What if a kingdom helps you get your situation to the police station then to the court.
6. Your king will make sure you know your history, it doesn’t matter where you travel to.
7. Today, a correct king can help a kingdom to quickly prosper in national development. if a federal authority isn’t from a particular kingdom he works at, its only a king who can pressure him in persuasion to do something The people will keep quiet waiting to vote him out. Then wait for the next incompetent one to come and also vote him out.
