Ukraine demonstrators after demonstrations decided not to go home but to act as policemen and soldiers to arrest the President Viktor or prevent him from standing for early election?
Question 1)What if President Viktor didn't leave the country in 2014 but joined the demonstrations to fight fist to fist, stone to stone, first day, next day till people began using guns numbers of days after with President Viktor and supporters switching to the use of guns saying they are not accepting the defeat of being removed? War right there right from the beginning. Right?
In 2015, the Donesk, Luhansk, etc began their revolutions. Question 2)What will have happened if Ukraine people at that side of town gave up for the revolutes or mutiny to take over just like how the President Viktor gave up. Fight ends and no death
Now that side of town is far away from the main seat of office Kyiv where the President Viktor was removed. The Ukraine officers in that Luhansk Donesk,etc town who are against the mutiny or revolutes  mentions that if they the mutiny couldn't stop the President Viktor from being removed in Kyiv, then it isn't that part of town Donesk,Luhansk they are going to flex their muscles. So they won't allow the mutiny to take that part of town from them, they are enjoying there and won't allow them. If the mutiny can't convince the main seat of government in Kyiv to win the case, that side of town belongs to them and not the mutiny. They mutiny should go to Kiev and fight with demonstrators to win and bring their President Viktor back. 
Let's look at this example of a company. Seeing a nation as a company. MOST workers in  DEPARTMENTS in a company, FEEL THE DEPARTMENTS ARE THEIR PERSONAL PROPERTY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A MAIN OVERALL BOSS. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ULTIMATUM AUTHORISATION FROM THE OVERALL BOSS, THOSE IN THE DEPARTMENT WILL FIGHT YOU IF YOU WANT TO behave like Joseph and the coat of many colors to get limited priveleges they want. THEY KNOW THE PRIVELEGES THEY GET IN THAT DEPARTMENT AT THE WORKLPLACE. THEY WILL TELL YOU TO WALK OUT AND TELL EVERYONE NOT TO LET THE OVERALL BOSS KNOW ABOUT IT OR LET THE OVERALL BOSS FEEL THEY KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT THE SITUATION. They will tell you to walk out.
Now this is 2015, we are enjoying here, go to Kyiv and go and fight demonstrators. Don't come and disturb us. Do you know the privileges we are enjoying here, you decide to come here to take over? Let's say you are in a company you need tools for that department you find yourself. What do you do? You just sign demanding those tools for that department. So we are just going to sign for weapons to come in and you begin to fight you the revolutes or mutiny.
Kyiv might not mind if that side of town is taking over by mutiny. BUT THE PRESIDENT HAD BEEN DECLARED CORRUPT AND deaths and not being able to take over EASILY AND QUICKLY BY THE DONBASS resulting in more deaths and more press for weapons to resist THE DONBASS MAKES IT A CONCERN. With Ukraine authority having members of Parliament for those 3places(DONESK, LUHANSK, ETC) to resist and peace talks not working out. If the 3members of Parliament for that side of town are powerful, they shall take over the government through persuasion and every means to handle the DONBASS REVOLUTES.
IF I DIDN'T COME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ON THE WEBSITE COLUMN FOR THE CRISIS, THIS IS WHAT WILL GO ON AND A PERPETUAL FIGHT. 
When you study "difficult" science courses and you understand and explain it basic, the Ghana laser man comes in saying arhn disgusting it's basic. Everything to him is basic and disgusting. If the President Viktor in 2015 goes back to Kyiv with his fist to "arrest" to get back to power saying they are unlawful. You just need simple much heavier fist to tell him to go in return. If he goes there with force exactly like Ukraine military, the number of deaths to expect should not be less than millions for both sides. 
If he goes to the other side of town Luhansk, Donesk with force, a much lower figure of death is expected.
PRESIDENT VIKTOR HAS BEEN SEEN BY UKRAINE AS A FRAUD ALL THIS YEARS. I TRIED HELPING EXPLAIN ISSUES OF FRAUD AND THE SINCERITY AND CALCULATIONS OF PRESIDENT VIKTOR.
If President Viktor can be vindicated and found to be a person with the correct means to move the country forward, then he can be elected back by the Ukraine government. We can then have the same Parliament.EITHER 2013 PARLIAMENT OR  A NEW ELECTION TO ELECT PARLIAMENT. PRESIDENT VIKTOR AND AN EU DEAL CONTINUATION WITH ALL LOGISTICS being A CONSTANT.


Everyone is human with compassion. Kyiv demonstrators should know that if the President Viktor didn't runaway and gathered weaponry in 2014 to fight back at the time chaos was in its apex, things will have been runaway.
THE GOVERNMENT IN THE CAPITAL KYIV SHOULD HAVE 
TALKS WITH UKRAINIAN AUTHORITIES IN THE DONESK, LUHANSK REGION TO CALM DOWN A BIT AND TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE LIBERTY AT KYIV. KYIV GOVERNMENT SHOULD HAVE TALKS WITH RUSSIA. IF THE DONBASS WINS LAWFULLY WITHOUT FIGHT AT THE TOP, KYIV. THERE IS NO NEED TO FIGHT AT DONESK, LUHANSK. WHERE UKRAINIAN AUTHORITIES THERE FEEL THE DONBASS REVOLUTES THINK THEY DID NOTHING WRONG TO BE ATTACKED BY THE DONBASS REVOLUTES.

UKRAINE DEMONSTRATIONS 2013.*** Over 100 people died in the Ukraine demonstrations 2013. Those to be arrested were the protesters that killed whether with guns or fist for and against each other and the policemen controlling the crowd who shot at people. In every demonstration anywhere in the world you arrest these ones. You can't arrest the President. The police, those protesters that killed for and against are like you doing their work in the demonstrations. See yourself as the demonstrators that killed for and against and policemen that left their that morning to control crowd that killed. You left house what do you think will happen for you to do such? OnCe an attack happens impromptu at demonstration, everyone will be on guard for his or her life.The police, those protesters that killed for and against are like you doing their work in the demonstrations 2013. They are to be arrested for that problems of demonstrations not the President. If demonstrations about any topic happens in a country anywhere in the world, will you arrest the President? During Covid, USA demonstrations resulted in one death or injuries. You blame the one who killed and those who caused the injuries. You are going to tell top Security officials to arrest the killer of Black matters. You can't arrest the president or senators and Mayors. Now everything was turmoil and haphazard in Ukraine that launch to remove the President for not signing the deal. Since 2013, Noone came to the conclusions and deductions i made about the crisis.
I came in 2022 to read about the Europe crisis when the invasion began. Prior, i didn't read about it, 2013-2022. All the points establish in the deductions are scattered points from different journals, newspaper, online political websites and budget books, etc. I ignored about 300other points i felt are not relevant to do the conclusion. People that began listening to me complained we were in 2022 and here i was talking about 2013 issues and it portrayed i was crazy. Why did i think i should talk about 2013. 2015 issues were around i had to analyse. Essays upon essays. 2021 issues, etc to analyse.
How did i get points People think point 0 is a lie. Analysing the deductions causes point to make sense. I can give you reference to why point 0 is true. Consider all the newspapers i read that never mentioned it and the ones that spoke about it, i feeling it was important to the topic at hand. I had a confirmation from a high profile that was interviewed speaking about it in 2012. 
EU calculated and sincere reasons to wanting the deal to be established. They were loosing money as an organisation. Then the President Viktor accused of being a fraud with reason of not wanting to be friends with EU but Russia. Russia also in the eyes of EU confirming  President Viktor's fraud by pledging to give 15billion dollar loan to the president Viktor in a time of chaos. Demonstrations that led to the begin of war. Who was there to explain. Next a full blown war in 2015 with the President Viktor totally ignored from what went on 2013 and everyone fighting. Everyone ignored 2013 wanting their share(Republics) or thinking the President Viktor a fraud(EU). 2019 fighting had led to about 10,000 people dead, i don't mean injured and a change of subject of war reasons. They totally forgetting about 2013 root cause to think through it or better use it for the future solution. Why did i think i should analyse Russia stand of the matter? 
People said Russia country were the ones that revolved in 2015, President Putin saying from 2013-2016 he was trying to bring Ukraine and Russia together. Everyone said he was lying.
 President Yelensky reason for deciding to join NATO and Russia becoming intensily aggresive. Both sincerity in the matter.
Point 2 mentioned influx in 2013. What is influx? Why can't influx be ignored and the deal continued. WHY SHOULD INFLUX BE TAKING SERIOUS AND NOT IGNORED AND A WHOLE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT NOT SEEN AS MORE IMPORTANT THAN RUSSIA INFLUX. DOES RUSSIA THINK RUSSIA INFLUX SHOULD BE SEEN BY PRESIDENT VIKTOR AS IMPORTANT TO HIM not to sign the deal? How do we weigh the balance to know what goes in the best interest of who and when to do whats needed and right. What is the greater impact in the decision?
Should President Viktor think about winning election convincing everyone that the economy was going down, he mentioned early elections. Do you think that he had plans for the deal in the future?
What was heavy, Ukraine Economic crunch down or EU deal and its corresponding importance postponed? How do you know whats heavy on the wieighing balance?
Ban of goods and a corresponding loss by Ukraine ( those who didnt believe the President Viktor was honest) to solidify Ukraine's standpoint that Russia is wicked. Can President Viktor be a veto and when?
Point - an accused President Viktor of fraud that decides to worsen his accusation by demanding monies that was totally bizarre to the loans EU wanted to give to Ukraine. There was no way it could have been easy to explain President Viktor's refusal to sign knowing very well if not for Russia's  influx problem, the Association agreement continues and will never have been declined.
Now was EU friends with President Viktor before crises. Do you think it should be analysed?
WHY ON EARTH DO YOU THINK THE PRESIDENT SHOULD NOT BE DECLARED A FRAUD CONSIDERING THESE. THE EXTENT OF IT WAS AN UN DECLARATION THAT HE WAS A FRAUD. EVERLASTING WAR.
If you cannot prove that he isnt a fraud, lost. Who was or is going to prove?
They say Russia wanted Ukraine to be CiS members and they don't  want to be friends with EU. What do you have to say?

0. When the Association agreement was 
mentioned in 2011. Both Russians and Ukraine welcomed it happily. Russians were happy and believed Ukraine was going to become human rights activists and constitutional by signing a deal with EU and a possible EU membership in the future. They welcomed the idea knowing EU education and adherence to rule of law being high.
1. Russia sanitation protocols and slight tarrifs increment-
 Ukraine, Russia buddy buddy so Ukraine manufacturing product not neat and Russia didn't care. Now 28 EU countries coming in with neat products through Ukraine to Russia even when the 2013 date of signing the deal  wasn't yet up. Russia issues sanitation protocols so Russia goods are deemed neat with comparison to EU. EU Russia route not patronize because of new route through Ukraine so slight tarrif increment. Russia goods won't be bought if Russia  products are seen as Ukraine products ( not neat), remember 28EU competition on the same Russian market.
2. Problems arise because of ban block at Russia side and Ukraine loses heavily. They compare with the FTA losses when EU deal is signed and see a double loss, EU and Russia side. President Viktor refuses to sign but rather to postpone.  
EU loses FTA at their side, he says EU is rich and FTA losses doesn't affect them and so he won't sign. Ukraine poor large population, 36million needs Subsidies of health, electricity, water, education,etc. **Population demands more compared to the smaller EU countries. HE DEMANDS EU SHOULD GIVE 20BILLION DOLLARS IN SUBSIDIES FOR UKRAINE TO GET TO EU STANDARDS.
3. Demonstrations overtake EU and they both EU and President Viktor couldn't regain friendship to negotiate the way forward. ***LARGE MONIES FROM EU THE SOLUTION FOR ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT AND FUTURE EU DEAL MEMBERSHIP.
4. President Putin demands in 2016-2020 UN declare republics to some cities so Ukraine continue their EU membership stake. ***THIS MEANS PRESIDENT PUTIN DOESN'T HATE THEIR EU MEMBERSHIP QUEST. Not declaring Republics and Ukraine calling in NATO wanting to  continue procedures to EU membership alerts Russia of the impending dangers for the cities seeking republics. ***Ukraine doesn't want President Viktor because he had been declared a fraud with no proof to reverse the fraud allegations. ***NOW THERE CAN BE A PRESIDENT VIKTOR BACK WITH MORE MONIES FROM EU FOR DEALS, monies DEMANDED BY PRESIDENT VIKTOR.*** And President PUTIN already mentioned EU can continue their deal to membership if they declare republics.IF President Viktor is allowed by Ukraine as President it's almost same as declaring Republics and The EU DEAL CAN CONTINUE .
EU DOESN'T WANT TO WASTE ALL THE TIME, HUGE MONEY AND RESOURCES ONLY FOR THE DEAL NOT TO COME ON SINCE 2011 THE IDEA CAME UP. EU can pay today the monies President Viktor demanded. PRESIDENT VIKTOR AND EU DEAL AND UKRAINE BEING PART OF THE SOVIET SOLIDARITY (CIS). SOVIET SOLIDARITY ISNT A CONTINENT. THE AIM OF EU IS TO GET THE NATIONS IN EUROPE TOGETHER. RUSSIA IS POLITICALLY PART OF EU. THE UKRAINE SOVIET CIS SOLIDARITY SHALL STAND PLUS THE EU MEMBERSHIP, WOW.
DAMAGEs THAT HAS BEEN caused by war should be built back in peace.

Now because rich EU were also making losses for FTA and Free Visa Regime, it was difficult to come to terms with what President Viktor mentioned about not signing the deal needing more loans unless with a written thesis. EU, President Viktor, The two overtaken by demonstrations against the President for local fraud accusations and Nationally not releasing a prison candidate. President Viktor was enthusiastic to saving his country from a total country crunch down which will cause him to lose the election in 2016. Even If the prison candidate was released, he won't sign. Every other local fraud accusations was rubbish even before the EU deal came up. To persuade EU to add more money and signed the deal in 2015 and win the election in 2016 make sense. Russia subsidies on gas 15billion dollar wasn't for one year but for quite a long time. Money at least to save their side after a ban. A corresponding EU following Russia to give increment in Association agreement loans. EU monies DEMANDED by President Viktor was yearly. Approximately 6billion every year till they become EU members by 2020. 6 *5 years =30 billion dollars . That is if money is supplied by EU in 2015 and membersship in 2020.

Why is it that President Putin wants togetherness but Ukraine reporting Russia. He felt Ukraine change the fight from a local derby of minor weapons to the use of dangerous weapons when they decided to join NATO. Now remember the newspaper on those who Donesk,Luhansk called to be part of their army and their numbers. He felt if Ukraine really wanted togetherness, it was going to be difficult for Ukraine to take the fight from local derby to dangerous weapons and wthey were going to wait till peace is resolved. Remember the threat for nuclear came up 

I have analysed the different topics in the Ukraine DONESK Crises. What if I didn't see the article that said Pres Viktor demanded increments in loans or what if  I underestimated it. Remember everyone overlooked it seeking. justice for what they believe was wrong. This is the unifying factor. When the President Viktor Said he wasn't going to sign because of money, the economy going low. The economy going low affects education in students loans, and education subsidies of Ukraine 

In few parts of Asia, if you didn’t attend the University, people might think you attended the university not because you look rich but because a Tertiary educational life system Is what exist in the place. In the rest of Asia, not attending the university engulfs you in a typical informal uneducated African world.

Once upon a time before 2013, Russia, Ukraine, EU were close pals and friends and now 2025 is friends in Jesus name. Mention G6 and you see Russia and EU countries working together to bring harmony in the world. No friction, whatsoever among them. The world has been and is a solidarity world of Russia and EU, these first worlds. Ukraine has had different types of deals with EU and from 2004, it kept becoming better and better same Russia has so many commodity and friendship deals with EU. Russia became a nation on its own when the Soviet Union country split in peace to form different countries. They maintain friendship among themselves through the Free Trade Agreement of CIS nations. Now, 
Europe is a continent with Russia political part of Europe for a long time. Now this means if Europe is forming a union, Russia should be part. When Ukraine whose lands are  found in the jurisdiction of Europe decided to continue deals with EU, it wasn't news because their lands are found in the jurisdiction of Europe. Russia has parts of it's lands in the jurisdiction of Europe and politically Europe. When Ukraine decided to sign association agreement with EU, it wasn't news. Russia was happy that Ukrainians were going to have a better life of education and living in European system of better understanding of human rights with education and information and technological advancement. The countries in Europe will be in European union. The countries in Asia will be an Asian union. In other words, within the CiS nations group, those of them in Asia will be in an Asian union and those in Europe in European union. CiS group is to just maintain a solidarity union of the former Soviet Union and not a continental union. So Russia and Ukraine all being part of European union EU and in also CiS group maintaining their solidarity of the former Soviet Union. Now, countries in Europe will do business in Ukraine and go to Russia to enjoy Russia Free Trade Agreement this way Russia in their own way helping better the lives of some European country companies. When Russia analysed that EU's deal with Ukraine was going to in a large extent cos too many companies  to come to their place leaving them bankrupt, like the adage says help others but don't die helping others, Russia slightly adjusted their FTA deal so they can make some profit and not go bankrupt. Go to the Audios, Russia is like USA, there are homeless and people in USA and government giving subsidies has never been enough for the populations. This means Russia was about to go below the minimum. At the time before the deal, Russia has been like USA with the homeless on the streets. It was about to get worse. You can decide to be a member of EU or not. The President Viktor and the country Ukraine decided to sign the association agreement To make lives better for Ukraine later a milestone to EU membership. When he realized that they needed more money and Loans from EU because Russia had bankruptcy which in turn affected him President Viktor and his country, he postponed the deal. HE NEEDED MORE MONEY FROM EU TO MAKE LIVES BETTER FOR HIS NATION. MONEY LOST BY HIS COUNTRY AFTER RUSSIA 2013 BAN WASN'T YET PAID PLUS RECONSIDERING EU'S LOANS AND REQUESTING FOR MORE FROM EU TO REACH EU STANDARDS(subsidies) THE REASON FOR THE EU DEAL. What does Ukraine and Ukraine executives want for Donesk and their executives as we speak right now. What Does Donesk executives want for Ukraine right now speaking.  What does Russia want for Ukraine and Also EU likewise?
The topic has always been about intellectual integrity and who makes life better. The President Viktor proposition of increase in EU Loans had been the best in making sure the EU deal is of benefit to Ukraine. I believe life is about the weighing balance. What do I want for Europe with Russia? I want them to continue with intellectual integrity? Each and everyday, children are born in these places and the purpose of all we do is to give them a better life.  With intellectual integrity  2025, what do you think we should do? It is more than winning the debate of who is a fraud or not. It is continuing the intellectual integrity forum of making lives better. 1. Stop fighting
2. Better the lives of Ukrainian Donesk, etc together as a country. We shouldn't get annoyed and say the whole intellectual integrity procedures shouldn't come on because somebody missed some steps somewhere. How do we better their lives? Stop fighting. I insisted, should have President Viktor signed the deal, every other fraud accusations from 2011 will not have been levelled against him. I think Russia should be in Europe and work through CIS nations to reach out to Asia. I believe it is best for Russia to be in Europe as EU members. There are homeless people living in Russia and also in USA, next are those who try to afford homes in terrible conditions.  Then next and next. In Asia, the uneducated are too many. Even in China where there is much education, the population of the uneducated is overwhelming. A Russian who seeks greener pastures in Asia might easily land in places in Asia where the people are uneducated because of business and quick money making. He won't choose education naturally or won't naturally be educated by the environment. He or she can naturally be educated in Europe and go to school in Europe to be educated. Now, there is the CIS countries to at least  get you to the Asian life leading to delving in Asia proper and Russia making impact there by teaching rule of law and every intellectual activity. Now, because we can't allow our Russia academic powerhouse to go blunt in ignorance but must learn, we think Russia being a part of EU makes sense. If I didn’t explain the President calculated and sincere reasons for not signing the deal. How will the Party of regions come to power in the future. It means the party of regions is destroyed. EU gone saying suspended, postponed, UN say at the time not too interested in the topic. 200000demonstrators fighting with Officials of President Viktor government in KieV because of EU deal. How many people will have died if that was how the sequences of events were? The party lost the elections because President Viktor wasn’t around and the people to vote for him or Mikhailo Dobkin change their mind because of the military uprising of the party of regions. The party of regions were angry because of the absence of President Viktor in the early election referendum and  the accusation of him being a fraud. The usual 5 year election was to be happen in 2015 but because of Demonstrators it was moved to May 25, 2014. Now Mikhailo or President Viktor vice wasn’t and couldn’t be a replacement for President Viktor. Like President Trump fleeing and you go looking for an unknown Person to stand for him in an election. It won’t work. It will be very difficult for even his Vice president to win a reelection unless the trust level of the competence of his vice is updated.

And how naturally Pres Putin realizing that if the DONESK crises is not solved, the military NATO aspect of deal is going to destroy the DONESK side as at the time DONESK had only gotten on their side only 900 Russia government Armed forces military to help their 30000 military (25000 DONESK residents, 5000 other country residents including Russia residents)in the DONESK region, they will have fought. A whole Russian speaking DONESK at the time,2018 had 900 Russian Armed forced with them 
President Putin at the time propose the Republics which look like "ties" so Ukraine continue their EU transactions. It looked like ties so it was resisted.

Why THEY fought AT Donesk.

I hear the demonstrators in 2013 were not government backed. Individuals took to the streets because of free Visa regime. President didn’t sign because of Economy going down. And the numbers were so encouraging that the president had to run away. The president ran away for fear of being attacked. Now to comeback in 2014, the president with EU, UN shall have to succumb the demonstrators with treaties and goodwill. There were loss of lives in the demonstration which had never happened in Ukraine’s politics, 130 people died and Pres Viktor was accused because he didn’t sign the deal 2013. Now to comeback alone 2014 without UN, EU and the Ukrainian government was going to be a fight and not peace. The demonstrations stopped immediately the president Viktor escaped. If he wanted to comeback successfully then 2014, he needed UN comprising EU officers, Ukraine government, US and Russia and all of UN to succumb the crowd of demonstrators anytime they came up to cause confusion. But an election with the remainder of Presidential candidates in the country was held and Pres Viktor was omitted. President Viktor in 2014 was the one who raise the topic of early elections and because of demonstrators attacks he wasn’t around. When he escaped, the next move was supposed to be the Pres Viktor assembles UN and Ukraine government in 2014 so they get demonstrators straight to comply with proceedings of early election including Pres Viktor. Now there was a charge on the president Viktor for corruption. The climax of Pres Viktor being corrupt according to accusers was when he didn’t sign the EU deal.
The only option he had in 2014 was to convince demonstrators and some Ukrainian government authorities that he wasn’t corrupt and insist with the Ukrainian government and UN that they should avoid the demonstrations because he is clean. The climax of Pres Viktor being corrupt according to accusers was when he didn’t sign the EU deal. To come back without backing of world authorities means thick war and more loss of lives and property. It was possible to calculate the number of loss of lives if he tried to comeback in 2014 at the same place of demonstrations. Maybe 10,000 lives in 2014 Ukraine mainland. 100people that died in 2014 in Ukraine mainland was a shock in the calendar of Ukraine to think of fighting to come back to power then 2014. So they didn’t comeback but rather went to Donesk region.

The people are government doesn’t mean the people just stand up and do what they like. Their rights are in the constitution. The president rights are also in the constitution. You are going to bring in more goods into Ukraine for a transit into Russia. It means Russia didn’t get their 30% taxes from you since you didn’t ply the main Russia EU route plus 2. your goods are so many in Russia that you are in so much competition with Russian companies and Russian companies aren’t making income to generate taxes for their country Russia. Russia said they didn’t mind and that they will only readjust their protocols at Ukraine Russia customs so they can get some small monies if you use Ukraine.

This affected the economy of Ukraine. They with their eyes saw that that slight adjustment by Russia made them lose big monies.

Another question is why didn’t Russia do the adjustment after the signing? First professionalism doesn’t allow it. If you know that in the first months after signing, companies are going to hasten to come into the country Ukraine and avoid the 30% taxes main Russia route plus already existing companies IN UKRAINE bring in more goods TO UKRAINE to transit to Russia, what are you going to do? eg. In 2012 and before, EU Nike Ukraine IN UKRAINE to go to Russia was 30% from EU plus 5% RUSSIA taxes and travel problems to Russia. With Nike Russia, straight 30% from EU to Russia. In 2013, it was going to be 5% to go to Ukraine and 5% to Russia. Russia was going to lose 30% multiples of what Ukraine lost when there was the ban but they didn’t care. They adjusted the deal.

Only adjusting the deal a bit from 5% TO 10% by Russia became a problem for the economy of Ukraine.

In 2022 February, Russia declared their going on peacekeeping throughout Ukraine. This was the time it was all over the news in all nations that WW3 was about to start. I hadn’t follow the stories from 2013 at all. Didn’t know what was EU deal or a town Donesk, etc. Didn’t read war news. I HAD TO READ THE NEWS. Russia demanded UN wasn’t peacekeeping well and that Ukraine wasn’t supposed to fire Donesk residential areas. UN demanded that the Donesk regions shouldn’t be declared republics and that two groups will come together at the right time so they UN will peacekeep the place. Russia demanded that since Ukraine is firing at residential areas in Donesk they will peacekeep the procedures. Russia  decided in the peacekeeping they were going to give the whole of Ukraine to President Viktor political party. They launch a first missile in Feb 2022 and everything began. They had called allies including Chechnya. I said if Russia says they are goin on peacekeeping, they shouldn’t kill or destroy properties. This reason is why UN is finding it hard to peacekeep the place with both sides in mind. I then began to learn about and explain that ending of February 2022 about EU deal, President Viktor and he not signing, etc. Then I bluntly said EU shouldn’t the fight in 2022 and allies shouldn’t join. When I said that, they didn’t join and the citizens of Ukraine said that if the allies of EU, etc won’t join, they the citizens will join the fight against Russia. They are going to join Ukraine Military to fight Russia. Then I said to Russia that if the people join the fight, they should not kill anybody and destroy properties because they mentioned they are on peacekeeping and UN peacekeeping says that there should be zero tolerance for death. All  the heavy shielding began to subside. I continued explaining Pres Viktor and the EU deal and two months later, RUSSIA WENT BACK TO THE NORTH EASTERN DONESK REGION AREAS AND THAT IS WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN TILL TODAY.RUSSIA TOLD ALL HIS ALLIES TO GO BACK HOME THEN.

Since 2013, the real deal and friendship should have been the free visa regime and the joining of EU, no free trade. President Putin when tensions heightened from 2019 mentioned that if Ukraine wanted to go ahead with all EU plans including being EU members, they should declare Donesk region republics. This means they want them to join without from the beginning. The FTA was the problem. It wasn't friendship they disliked but that the economy was going low. I remember when we grew up we had grudges among ourselves and paused communications with each other.  I decided to extensively elaborate on the Ukraine Donesk crises in a way so as every party involved would appreciate each other's grievances and come together as friends like before 2013 thus turning myself into the world cup soccer competition.
1.Now, from our analysis from 2013,
we realise that the analysing of the stories from everywhere around the world have been haphazard and people cannot straight away point what should be the instant problem.
2.Even should we know the instant problem, it shall take time to implement a solution we deem is the answer.

It took over 2years to declare the signing of 2013 EU Deal. Now, the deal cancelled by the President Viktor who wanted the deal initially took things on a different turn. Russia wanted all deals from EU passing through Ukraine and therefore slightly increased measures but still maintained their deal with Ukraine They didn't want them to waste time and money using the EU Russia route which is expensive. Things took on a different turn. How long do you think it was going to take President Victor if he wanted to only implement free Visa regime after postponing the deal? Who was going to pinpoint straight away that that was what was needed and case closed seeing the various aspects that was contained in the deal and problems like bankruptcy and economy going down that had began? Noone was there for points 1 and 2.
If we want only free Visa regime, the whole EU deal must come up. Whose that person whose gonna use words to say we need only free Visa regime now and not the shortest possible time? There was no man from Ukraine and Donesk to ABRUPTLY KNOW AND insist on ONLY free visa REGIME but there were men from both sides to pick up weapons to fight each other IN WAR.WHY? BECAUSE IT TOOK MORE THAN 2 YEARS TO RATIFY THE EU DEAL. NOW WHO WAS GOING TO USE WORDS AND SAY WE NEED SAY A MONTH TO RATIFY AN UNKNOWN OR A MAY BE PROPOSED KNOWN ONLY FREE VISA REGIME SO WE FORGET THE REST.Conclusion wasn't drawn then. President Victor complained he needed a loan magnitude that can take them there and they weren't yet there.Collecting 25% taxes from EU but because of EU FTA it reduces to 5% plus Russia adjust their FTA so to reduce influx leading to less investors coming into the country from EU that might want to go to Russia. Pres Victor might not mind if those who come were many. Russia increase theirs BECOS they needed to prevent influx. The EU companies would definitely want to go Russia, a bigger market. Why did I begin talking about the Europe crises?

I think also in addition to the workshop, the banning of the goods in July 2013 was supposed 2 be done in December 2012. On ground right now, we know at this juncture,  the current plights of and where things have gotten to with the parties Donesk, UN, Russia, USA,EU, Ukraine involved. WE CANT UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF GRIEVANCES OF ALL, IT MAKES US INHUMAN. LET THE GRIEVANCES OF EVERY ONE INVOLVED BURN IN YOUR SPIRIT NOT TO RESULT TO MORE FIGHTING BUT SOMETHING THAT SAYS OHK THIS IS WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR ULTIMATE UNITY. IF IT LOOKS LIKE THAT UNITY ISNT REALISTIC ON GROUND BUT ON PAPER, YOU GOT TO WORK IT OUT IN THE MANNERISM OF MATHS SO THAT IT COMES TO GROUND IN ALL PEACE. THIS IS SCIENCE. President Victor felt he didn’t cause it so they should seek early election which I think Ukraine people felt he was inhuman. President Viktor might think they were using the 130people as an excuse to have their own way regarding what he felt about being right in the issue AND THEY WERE ALSO INHUMAN TO USE DEATH OF PEOPLE TO PREVENT HIM FROM BEING THE PRESIDENT. THEY BELIEVE PRESIDENT VICTOR CAUSED THE DEATH WHICH HE OBJECTED. And he didn’t cause it cos he felt his refusal to sign was the best. When Pres Viktor wasn’t getting a chance to come back to become President and Ukraine issues of fighting kept propounding both felt they were right in their own analysis of the issue.

Some people said that there could be a reciprocal trade of Russia sending items to EU countries if they allowed their free trade.The reality on ground can be that once the 27 countries has the possibility of sending their items to Ukrainians who have a 1 PHYSICAL border with Russia, all the presumable assumptions of influx and tax loss can be maintained. There was still a formal non free trade between EU and Russia which is a mind blocker standing in opposition to EU- Ukrainian, Ukrainian-Rus lifestyle. EU products is middlemen by Ukrainians into Russia. When an Ukrainian person bought the EU product. The product belongs to the Ukrainian not EU. He sells it into Russia influx and tax loss. Now, because of the EU – Russia non trade, the test with the Goshen products got them thinking how come Ukraine companies couldn’t get a place in EU to sell their items and they loss. They Ukraine which almost had a deal with EU. Informally they couldn’t sell their items when it was just months to sign the deal. What about them Russia it was going to be informal forever?
On the reverse, EU isn’t a country. The EU countries aren’t also companies. If Russia company wants to send an item to EU company. The company has to break the codes that EU isn’t company and EU countries aren’t  companies. The EU tax and the EU country tax. If the EU  country says, they have no idea of how some EU products entered Russia. What is the company going to say? Or they can’t even estimate the numbers? Ukrainians entrepreneurs dealing In products of wannabe companies from 27 EU countries, There are many main streamline companies in the 27 countries more than Russia. Russia companies shall find it a hard time getting Ukrainians to do the reverse for them in selling Russia products. Here is influx into Russia and no taxes. Now Russia companies shall have no option but to use the non free trade with EU to sell their items to EU countries.

If there was 3 Pact, it won’t be about Ukrainian people being middlemen where we dunno who is going to be advantage or disadvantage. If there is no 3 Pact still EU companies shall not have direct access to Russia unless through Ukrainian middlemen. A company from EU cannot go and stand at Russia border to pass into Russia unless through Ukrainian if Russia didn’t close their border bcos EU Russia deal wasn’t around. The middlemen favours EU because of the number of EU countries corresponding to the wannabe companies.

Battle has continued because of the apt of being misunderstood on each party’s part. What I tried to explain was to help give a clear cut of the stand of each party involved, in the series of events since 2013. Misunderstandings has led to beginnings of fight and replies and beginnings of fights and replies on the part of each party involved in at different points in time. For each party to be calm and have the desire to make sure that proceedings leading to peace is established at a time that understanding can rightly give us is what I have mentioned above. We need to be able to extrapolate carefully. We shouldn’t just see something or an event that just transpired and instantly say this is what to do. It has to fall in context when you talk and expound the whole story right from the beginning.

Once it is clear and vivid that each party involved is capable of appreciating the plights and grievances of each other because of a careful interpretation of events then it means we are reaching some where. In the acquisition of peace, to just stand up and say everything should just fall in place is highly a mirage especially in difficult times like this. Now the question is, is our storyline right from the beginning accurate. If it is, it means each party can decide something that can be a common interest for all and sundry. It doesn’t matter where we gotten so far. Unless our storyline is wrong. I don’t support fight. To start to appreciate each others grievances is to desire to make room for the best forms of negotiations right in the heat.

Now if the story is not clear and each party doesn’t see each other’s sincerity and mishaps say it can be easily corrected, then is no way a decision that transforms the situation is going to come. it means an ever ending beginnings of fights and replies.

F T A Free Trade Agreement

There are many people who didn't go for their items at the ports because of duties imposed on them which they thought otherwise was less expensive. Those who RECIEVE free items, those that had free shipments on the otherside, they only had to pay home duties for clearance. Those who won't start up because of tarrifs.

Think of the probability of not having a startup because of the reasons of going to retrieve items from harbour at high TARRIFS and duties to sell not knowing if  your business is going to be successful or not.

THE PRESIDENT FELT THAT EU WASNT ABLE TO HELP THEM AT A CRUCIAL TIME WHEN RUSSIA DECIDED TO BAN THEIR GOODS. THIS MEANT TO THEM THEY WERE ALONE IN THEIR PREDICAMENT. THEIR FUTURE WAS IN THEIR OWN HANDS. THE PRESIDENT DECIDED NOT TO SIGN. IF E U COUNTRIES HAD HELPED IN PURCHASING THE COMPANIES GOODS, AND THE REVENUE CAME TO UKRAINE, THE DEAL WOULD HAVE BEEN SIGNED. 1.4 BILLION DOLLAR WONT HAVE BEEN LOST. RUSSIA WAS LAWFUL WHEN THEY MENTIONED SANITATION PROTOCOLS AND OTHER PROTOCOLS WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN TEMPORAL. The President Victor thinking about winning election did not consider the people demonstrating for free visa Against him or for him but thought of the economy. They were many people at home more than 15,000 people from both sides that didn’t come to  demonstrate. One of the largest gathering for both sides together at a time was 15000 demonstrators. The president came in to power legally by vote, his manifesto won him election legally by vote, his stay as president has been legal by vote. The problem at hand wasn’t like a disease that had zero importance that was just about to vanquish his country and a corresponding earth attack and there was the President making irrelevant decisions, No. NOW THE PRESIDENT FELT HE WASNT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATH OF THE PEOPLE. HE DIDN’T COMMAND ANYBODY TO BE KILLED. PEOPLE SHALL SAY 130PEOPLE DIED DURING HIS LINE OF DUTIES AS PRESIDENT.
