Here the FTA AND CORRESPONDING Economic implications are expounded below together with some other reasons.

Wherever we are now, we shall have to go back to the beginning of situations. What each individual have as his reason from the beginning. And it is what they hold on inspite of what we see currently. IF WE DONT SUSTAIN AND TAKE OUR PEACE TALKS TO ANOTHER LEVEL, THE VERY REASONS WE HAVEN’T REALLY ANALYSED SHALL BE THE STAKES FOR A NEVER ENDING SOARING WAR.

UKRAINE – DONESK CRISIS

I believe that the world has come a long way in doing all we can to make sure things work out the way it’s supposed to. The nations of the world have gone through so much turbulence especially within the last 15 years but we have the belief that things are going to get better with time and everything is going to be alright. Where are we at in a world right now, I have reasoned it out and concluded that love is going to be the main paradigm of change in our world today. We explaining our nation’s constitutions and clarifying all our arguments and having the ability to understand the issues at hand and being patient and loving to decide how best we can to handle our problems is going to go a long way to making things better for all of us.

The crucial of all world events today can be mentioned by all and sundry as the Ukraine and Donesk Crisis. It has been pronounced by governments, Media houses and a majority of people in different parts of the world as the world’s most probable crisis leading to a probable world’s third world war. I believe things are going to be alright despite the hullabaloo present which doesn’t augur well for our deviation from a disaster. I keep praying that the unction from the Holy Ghost shall condition people in all love and unconditional love to bring the world to peace and harmony.

I’ve chosen to summon all and sundry to discuss the issues at hand and what i think are there best of ideas to bring peace that is conversant to all the parties involved. I realise that there is a natural instinct in each and every one of us to bring out the best to move the world to another level. We don’t want the world to crumble down. We see it in all our inventions that has made the world an easier place to live in like the cures for diseases,etc. And how our organisations and top Nations sit down with all Nations to address disasters that arises and sincerely wanting the disasters come to an end. Whatever has been the modus operandi I came to realise is something sincere we believe is appropriate to solving issues and problems at hand. It can lead to a halt in disasters or the creation of more problems for disasters, it doesn’t matter if we’re sincere or not. If we are educated, literates, professionals or whatever title we put on ourselves, we got to get it correct in all love. If we don’t get it correct then there is a problem. Trust is built on sincerity and being correct. Trust is going to be our starting point and our ending point.

Let me quickly get back to talking about the impending Ukraine Donesk crisis. I believe after whatever consensus or agreement comes out of it resulting in peace and harmony, all the physical structures that were in place before 2013 should be replaced back by the whole world. The whole world should donate money to get their skycrapers, buildings and structures of both groups back and more better than then because we aren’t in the year 2013 but 2023. Sequences of events haven’t been great and the world together can rebuild for them and it is not going to take anything from us. We shouldn’t be adamant about this and as quickly as possible. It has been and is the talk of the world just like a covid pandemic. I mean like a covid pandemic.

I want to discuss discreetly the sequences of events that occured so we can quickly harness the right set of events that encourages agreement of peace and tranquility. I believe the percentage of me being right is high and my statements I know calls for peace.

I BEGIN

From 2008, EU and Ukraine have had the last set of rounds in preparation for an Association Agreement. As by 2013, an Association Agreement which involves a free visa regime and a free trade agreement and an amount of $838 million was getting ready to be signed by President Victor. From 2009, stakes have been high for an EU deal between Ukraine and European Union. Ukraine, the President Victor Yanukovich and cabinet, opposition leaders, the entire population were so eager to see the deal come to pass. It was the talk of the time and they were all excited about it. The agreement was sealed in 2012 to be signed in 2013 November. In 2013 November the president refaused to sign the deal and this led to series of demonstrations all over Ukraine some in support of the president and majority against the president. There was the destruction of state properties by protestors that branded the President and his cabinet as corrupt and not an adherent of human rights. The President had to escape to Russia and was later removed by opposition leaders in an UN court. The President and Donesk losing their position to opposition leaders felt they weren’t treated fair. They decided to get back their place through war which has been on since 2014.

Now, let me give you my exergesis of the issues, my discretion and analysis. From my analysis, you gonna realise that all the parties involved had some sincere heart in trying to make things right. The problem I realized had to do with our completion of our love attitude.

Now, Let’s get started

* EU signing an agreement with Ukraine in 2013 wasn’t a bad idea to the President Victor, Ukraine opposition leaders, Donesk, the Entire Ukraine population and even to Russia when it had to do with the free visa regime reiterated by Pavlo Klimkin.

* In 2012, the date of signing the deal was pronounce to be November 2013. In August 2013, Russia placed a ban on the importation of goods from Ukraine. Companies and their trucks stood at Russia customs and were prevented from entry into Russia. The ban was because of increased stringent measures including sanitation protocols. This led to Ukraine losing up to 1.4billion dollars in revenue from exports. This move was interpreted by groups as Russia’s means of preventing the signing of the deal. I don’t believe so.

Understand Economics here. Russia doesn’t have a free trade agreement with EU. This means E U COUNTRIES pay so much to get their goods into Russia and vice versa. Russia makes income and revenue from 1.Taxes from their manufacturers in Russia 2. High import taxes from those that aren’t in free trade agreement with them 3.Very reduced taxes from those they have free trade agreement with. *EU Countries get their goods into Russia paying huge taxes that serves as REVENUE to Russia. They won’t want to lose that revenue. Ukraine has FTA with Russia meaning they pay low TARRIFS. If goods say handsets or phones enter into Ukraine from EU, Russia believes that they can be repackaged in Ukraine and sent to Ukraine through illegal means. Illegal means that 1.The phone dealers from EU swerve the Russian customs by not paying the kind of high taxes they are to pay under normal conditions. Ukraine wasn’t in an association agreement with EU. So EU pay high taxes to get their goods into Ukraine and vice versa.To send items from EU to Ukraine and then to Russia is terrible than just sending straight from EU to Russia. A Ukraine free trade agreement with EU meant 27 countries are likely to get their goods into Russia through Ukraine. Or Ukrainians repackaging EU goods to sell in Russia. It is going to be cheaper to get goods into Ukraine so influx of EU goods in Ukraine ready for transit into Russia. This futuristic event is deemed by Russia a calamity for them Because of the Loss of revenue from 1.EU companies direct, 2. Competition of EU goods with Russian goods because of marketing companies in Ukraine that might try to go for goods from EU countries to sell in Ukraine and take a large remainder under low TARRIFS into Russia.This is the main reason.

LETS SAY 10% OF THE POPULATION ARE WEALTHY TO AFFORD A 100,000 US DOLLAR CAR. THE POPULATION OF 10% IS 15,000,000 PEOPLE. LET SAY EACH CAN BUY TWO OR MORE CARS. THEN ANOTHER 20% are rich to be able to afford it a 100,000 Dollar car. People that get to age 30 years desire to buy a car every year. Then the car sellers might have in stock up to 100 cars gotten from wholesale distributors. 100,000 USDOLLAR CAR FROM EU COMPANIES BEING SOLD TO 1000000 PEOPLE IN RUSSIA OUT OF 150 MILLION POPULATION OF RUSSIA WITHOUT EU FTA WITH RUSSIA, % TAX BEING 30% , RUSSIA IS LIKELY TO GET 30BILLION DOLLARS AS TAX. IF EU COMPANIES DECIDE TO SELL TO UKRAINE SO THEY IN TURN INTERMEDIATE MARKETING COMPANIES WITH RUSSIA, RUSSIA LOSES 30BILLION DOLLARS THAT YEAR ONLY ON CARS. ALSO There was going to be an influx of goods into Russia from UKRAINIAN BUY AND SELL MARKETING COMPANIES BUYING GOODS FROM EU countries at cheaper prices because of low TARRIFS. In other words, many EU countries may avoid directly trading with Russia bcos of low TARRIFS in Ukraine. Influx means that if Russia Used to receive 100 products from EU because of high TARRIFS, they are going to receive say 300 products from EU through Ukraine. This means Russia are losing monies from E U direct and more influx of products (300 instead of 100) in Russia town from Ukraine so Russian people don’t purchase their own made in Russia products for revenue. Lost of REVENUE from both home and away. WHEN RUSSIA COMPANIES DECIDE TO SELL TO THEIR OWN COUNTRYMEN SO THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT CAN GET REVENUE, THE RUSSIAN COMPANIES WILL BE COMPETING WITH EU PRODUCTS THAT PASSED THROUGH UKRAINE TO THEIR COUNTRY. THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT LOSES REVENUE BECAUSE ONLY FEW RUSSIAN PRODUCTS WERE BOUGHT BY THEIR COUNTRYMEN, LOSING HOME AND AWAY REVENUE. RUSSIA DECIDED TO TEST TRANSMISSION THEIR UKRAINIAN CUSTOM BORDER BY INCREASING TARRIFS AS EU HAD WITH UKRAINE BEFORE EU INTENDED TO SIGN WITH UKRAINE

I believe that right from 2010, Russia didn’t care about Ukraine having a free visa regime. The reason is Russia losses because of Influx of goods and loss of revenue from direct EU products sales to Russia and this also. I believe (not really sure) Ukraine began boasting especially the companies that had deals in Russia. They boasted that they now had 27 countries in EU where they can sell their products to at lower tarrifs, duties and taxes with less stringent measures and Russia wasn’t the only country where they were in the future to have less stringent measures. Or Russia wanted to test transmit what is was going to be like if there was an FTA so they know their stand in losses. Russia increased their stringent measures as EU before the deal. The country lost 1.4billion dollars in revenue. The President became confused because of this. How come the companies weren’t able to carry their items EU countries to sell. With a corresponding revenue for their country Ukraine?

The President Viktor losing 1.4billion dollars decided not to sign the deal but rather postpone it. Russia wasn’t thinking about ties. I believe they wanted to tell Ukraine they were self independent of them if they weren’t grateful or appreciative of the previous years. Russia was lawful in doing so by also increasing protocol requirements but the main reason always remember was that EU FTA with Ukraine wasn’t favourable to Russia’s ECONOMY. Most Ukrainian companies wasn’t able to meet the requirements and this resulted in the country losing 1.4billion dollars as revenue.

Russia increased their stringent measures as EU before the deal. The country lost 1.4billion dollars in revenue. The President became confused because of this. How come the companies weren’t able to carry their items to EU countries to sell. With a corresponding revenue for their country Ukraine?

** The companies, had to raise money to pay exorbitant taxes and duties and other stringent measures in EU because the deal hadn’t yet been ratified. And also now look for companies in EU to strike deals with . Companies in EU countries mostly private you should know have their personal companies they already deal with. Private companies in Ukraine shall now have to do a “TRY YOUR LUCK”” try your luck” search for companies to deal with don’t forget high tarrifs and duties to pay. If the deal was on, low tarrifs plus still “try your luck” search for companies to deal with was what was the future for them. TRY YOUR LUCK MEANS YOU ARE TO NOW SEARCH FOR COMPANIES TO DEAL WITH AND NOT CERTAIN THAT THERE WAS A COMPANY FOR YOU TO DEAL WITH BECAUSE OF DEAL.
